I am trying to locate the "Original" scent by Tyler candle Co. Does anyone know where I can get this scent. It might be a retired scent.

"The Exclusive", is the name of the extra large Tyler Candle. It is 70 oz and 4 wicks. The burn time slips my mind... as I'm not looking at a box right now. 
They are limited in fragrance, hopefully they are making a fragrance of your taste.
They will soon be on the website, for now just call us.

I loved the Magestic size Tyler Candles. When are we going to be able to purchase the replacement size and how long is the burn time? Can't wait! |

Hollywood and Revel are relatively new scents, but have been around a few months.

I can't seem to find the Tyler candle scent named Hollywood. My favorites are Revel, Hollywood & Diva. I see you have the other two.
Do you know if Hollywood & Revel are new scents ?
Also, do you know if either is discountinued or about to be?

As I've mentioned in a previous post, I was just introduced to Tyler candles 3 weeks ago or so. And I CAN'T STOP BUYING THEM! They are available locally, but only certain scents and I want to try them ALL! Of course, I can't buy them all  , but would love to see a Frequent Buyer's card! I can fill one up pretty fast!

Thanks for the interest! We have thought about doing something like that, but we got slowed by the "details" of the program AND how to track/mange the program.
This is NOT to say we will not have some type of frequent buyer program for Tyler Candles, but hopefully in the future, we can run and manage a program that will benefit our customers.

Hello, many customers ask when do you ship or how long till I receive my candles. The following should help answer your questions:
We probably have the largest selection of Tyler candles available in stock. While we stock all sizes and fragrances listed on our website, normally we ship the same day... AS LONG AS the orders come in before 11am.
The majestic size candles are not usually in stock.
In a worst-case scenario, if we are out of a particular candle, we generally can get candles back in stock in 2-4 days.
Once a candle package is shipped, the delivery times are as follows, using UPS Ground:
1-2 days for shipments in Texas
2-3 days for shipments to Midwest and Central US
4 days for shipments to the East Coast or West Coast
NOTE: Demand for certain fragrances or sizes can shrink our supply at any given time. If this happens, we can quickly replenish our stock by ordering or directly picking up the candles from the company warehouse.
